The Milo Branch was established in 1984. It is located within walking distance of the Harrigan Learning Center and Museum, as well as the Milo Visitors Center and Katahdin Country Club. Our staff has over 163 years of combined experience working in the Milo Branch. This longevity creates an atmosphere that few other institutions have. This is a place where everyone knows your name, and we are proud to help represent the town slogan: Milo a Friendly Town. Employees participate in various charitable organizations such as Ending Hunger in Maine, Color Milo, the JSI Charitable Golf Event, The Historical Society Art Show, and many other local organizations that benefit area school children.
